Rulesย

Welcome to our AI education community! This is a space for tech and marketing professionals to learn, collaborate, and share best practices for using AI in business. To keep our community valuable, safe, and trustworthy for everyone, please follow these guidelines.

1. Treat Members with Respect

Always interact with other members professionally and courteously. Disagreements and different perspectives are encouraged, but personal attacks, condescension, or disrespectful behavior are not tolerated. Remember that we’re all here to learn from each other.

2. No Hateful or Discriminatory Language

We want everyone to feel safe and welcome in our community. Do not post or share content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory towards any individual or group based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Hateful or discriminatory language of any kind is not tolerated.

3. No Harassment or Bullying

Harassing or bullying of any kind is not tolerated. This includes targeted attacks, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact directed at any member. If you witness harassment, please report it immediately.

Violation consequence: Immediate removal from the community.

4. No Explicit or Inappropriate Content

Inappropriate and explicit content is not allowed in any form, including images, videos, or text. Keep all contributions professional and suitable for a business learning environment. This includes adult content, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material.

5. No Spam or Repetitive Content

Do not post the same message multiple times or flood the community with irrelevant content. Spamming, including sending multiple identical or similar messages, is not permitted. Keep discussions focused and on-topic. One thoughtful contribution is more valuable than multiple low-effort posts.

6. No Trolling or Disruptive Behavior

Do not post irrelevant or disruptive content designed to provoke, upset, or derail conversations. Trolling activities that disrupt the community are not permitted. Constructive criticism is welcome, but offensive or mean-spirited comments are not.

7. Use Appropriate Language

Avoid excessive swearing, offensive language, or sexually explicit language. While casual conversation is fine, keep language professional and appropriate for a business education setting.

8. No Unauthorized Promotion or Advertising

This community is for education and peer support, not a marketplace. Do not advertise or promote commercial products, services, or courses without prior approval from moderators. This includes linking to external sites for promotional purposes. Subtle or indirect promotion (e.g., repeatedly recommending your own tools, courses, or services) is also not permitted.

Exception: You may mention your work in relevant contexts when asked directly or when providing genuine expertise.

9. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality

Do not share your own or other members’ personal information without explicit consent. This includes phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, payment information, company names (if not publicly shared), or other confidential data. When discussing client work or company information, ensure you have permission to share it and remove any sensitive details.

10. Respect Intellectual Property and Give Credit

Do not post anything that infringes on anyone’s intellectual property rights. Always credit the original source when sharing articles, research, templates, or ideas that aren’t your own. If sharing files or resources, ensure you have the right to do so.

11. Be Honest and Transparent

When sharing advice, results, or recommendations, be clear about your level of expertise, potential conflicts of interest, and whether claims are based on personal experience, data, or hypothesis. Misleading others about your qualifications or the effectiveness of strategies is not permitted.

12. No Scams, Fraud, or Deceptive Practices

Do not attempt to deceive, defraud, or financially exploit other members. This includes false claims about products, services, credentials, or results. If you’re sharing case studies or outcomes, they must be honest and verifiable. Do not promote schemes, multi-level marketing, or get-rich-quick promises under the guise of AI education.

13. No Illegal Activities

Do not share, promote, or engage in illegal activities. This includes sharing links to illegal downloads, discussing illegal activities, promoting unlicensed software, or selling illicit substances. Members are responsible for ensuring their business practices comply with applicable laws.

14. Respect Community Moderation

Listen to and respect decisions made by moderators. Moderators have the right to warn, temporarily restrict, or remove users who violate the rules. If you disagree with a moderation decision, please address it privately with moderators rather than in public channels.

Thank you for being part of our community!
